All amenities are close by including a choice of shopping centres and cafes. The popular Pelican Waters Town Centre, Powerboat Club and marina are all only a short bike ride or drive away.

The owners of 58 Ramsay Cres should be very proud of their property. Superb location and being on the lake, so peaceful and tranquil. The home was more than adequately equipped, nothing was needed.
