A boat ramp is conveniently located just around the corner making it easy to enjoy the day cruising down the passage.
Only a few minutes drive to all amenities such as the Pelican Waters shopping precinct and emerging town centre and marina, or drive north to the CBD of Caloundra with a choice of beaches, cafes, restaurants and a variety of shopping.
Please note – there is no garage access for guests at this property but secure parking inside the electric gate under the shade sail plus on-street parking is available.

Spacious
Fantastic holiday home with lots of room for our family of 12. The pool was a popular spot to play and relax. Definitely would stay again.
Great House Great Location
We just finished our stay and was perfect for 2 families to share. Nice big house with plenty of bedrooms and longing areas to give us a break from the kids. The kids loved the air hockey table. We enjoyed the close proximity to the water, parks and pathways and away from the hustle and bustle of Caloundra centre. Will be back for another stay
